  1. Heat olive oil (2 Tbsp) over medium heat. Add the kielbasa (1). Cook until slightly browned on both sides. Remove kielbasa.

  2. In the same pan, add onions (½) and bell pepper (1).

  3. Add garlic (3 cloves) a minute later and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add kielbasa back to the pan. Add gochujang and mix until combined.

  5. Serve on top of rice and enjoy :)
